Jenna Fischer is best known for her role as Pam Beesly on the acclaimed television show The Office The Office, for which she received the Emmy nomination for Best Supporting Actress as well as Two SAG Awards for Outstanding Performance in an Ensemble Comedy.
She was born and raised within Fort Wayne in Indiana. Jenna was attracted by her mother's performance in church when she first started out.
Fischer was a stage actress trained in her native country. She starred as Josh Hamilton in Neil LaBute's Off-Broadway play Reasons to Be Happy. Her role was later reprised in the world premiere of Steve Martin's latest production Meteor Shower, an absurdist comedy with Greg Germann as well as Josh Stamberg, for a record-breaking show at The Old Globe Theatre.
