Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts was born in Atlanta on October 28 1967 and was the child of Betty Lou Bredemus and Walter Grady Roberts. Her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts, a farmer, was the first Roberts to settle in Atlanta. The father of her mother took an early interest in stage. He acted on his Emory University campus in 1952 and in other productions around Atlanta. He joined the Air Force. While stationed at Biloxi in Mississippi, he acted in the production of Betty Lou Bredemus. The couple got married in the year 1955. Their son, Eric Anthony, was born in the year 1956. In 1957, the couple left the military and Walter enrolled at Tulane University in New Orleans Louisiana. Walter started working at Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio in 1960. In 1964 Walter along with Betty Lou began production on the local Saturday morning children's TV show titled Bum Bum and His Buddies that they funded themselves. In 1964 Betty Lou and Walter founded the Actors and Writers Workshop. The workshop lasted the duration of six years. They also had Lelisa Billingsley (also known as Lisa) as well as Julia (also also known as Julie) throughout this time.
